ICONS America’s 160,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility near Charlotte, North Carolina, serves as the hub for advanced, sustainable production, specializing in injection molded, mono material, In-Mold Label (IML) tubes and caps, using domestically sourced resin.

Plans to expand Made-in-USA capabilities with a broader range of rigid packaging products including extrusion blow molding (EBM) and injection molding are on the horizon. This domestic production delivers shorter lead times, lowers carbon emissions and strengthens supply chain resilience for North American brands.
